The leadership team application in and of itself is a powerful tool that can transform your leadership team. The application has five distinct steps that have been reverse engineered to produce servant oriented leaders who are ready, willing and able to take action.
The final two components of the application are the service and “dazzle me” projects. These are the core components of the application process as it gives a director real insight into not only the applicants level of commitment but their leadership style as well.
Now it’s time to start preparing your leadership application. Be sure to take some time and read through all of the details prior to starting. The entire application is time-consuming so you will want to plan ahead and budget your time accordingly.
Keep in mind that the process should be fun and is an opportunity to share your leadership knowledge, skills and personal creativity.
